While on your journey to Ladakh you will come across lunar landscapes unlike anywhere in the world crossing high altitude desert with camels and Yaks existing together in the same plane. One of the most beautiful lakes named Lake Pangong falls in this route accompanied by a second Lake called Tsomoriri Lake, sunsets are magical in these lakes and the water is pure turquoise blue and turns blackish blue when it’s cloudy, it is said that the lake changes its color according to the weather. It gets pretty cold in these lakes during the night so be prepared for an adventure of a lifetime. Ladakh shares a border with Pakistan to the east and China near Pangong Lake.
